Neo Group is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Junior Influencer & Streamer Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the growth of our presence in the BR & LATAM markets by building relationships with influencers and streamers, coordinating campaigns, and assisting in the development of creative collaborations.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to grow their career in influencer marketing, strengthen community connections, and contribute to the expansion of Neo Group’s brand across these dynamic regions.
Responsibilities:
- Define, plan, and execute the social media strategy to drive brand engagement and hit commercial KPIs.
- Contribute to developing and executing influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns.
- Identify and acquire target streaming partners (KOLs/Influencers) in Brazil across platforms like Twitch, YouTube, Facebook Gaming, TikTok, and Instagram.
- Negotiate and close deals with selected KOLs and influencers.
- Assist in planning a comprehensive streamer acquisition and retention strategy.
- Manage the budget for acquiring streaming partners and converting their viewers.
Requirements
- Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Portuguese (Brazil)
- Spanish is a strong plus (Critical for the other LATAM markets)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and a strong understanding of influencer/streamer culture.
- Proven experience in negotiation and partnership management.
- Proficiency in Excel
- Strong numerical skills for calculating commissions and performance metrics
- Experience in customer service and/or sales
