Nuestros Junior Industry Insights serán parte del Consumer Panel Services (CPS) Center of Excellence, apoyando la entrega de análisis, reportes y solicitudes ad-hoc para clientes pequeños y medianos del mercado estadounidense.
Este rol combina análisis de datos, preparación de presentaciones, comunicación con stakeholders y construcción de insights accionables para apoyar la toma de decisiones del negocio.
Trabajará en estrecha colaboración con el equipo del CPS CoE, utilizando herramientas como NIQ Discover, PAT (Panel Analyst Tool) y Microsoft Office, contribuyendo al crecimiento y soporte estratégico del negocio de Consumer Panel.
Responsabilidades Clave
1- Relación con Clientes & Comunicación
- Colaborar con equipos internos basados en EE. UU. (principalmente ventas) para comprender objetivos analíticos y necesidades de negocio.
- Mantener una comunicación clara, profesional y oportuna sobre avances y entregables.
- Presentar insights o recomendaciones a stakeholders internos y externos, cuando sea necesario.
2- Análisis de Datos & Desarrollo de Insights
- Extraer, analizar e interpretar datos utilizando NIQ Discover, PAT y otras herramientas internas.
- Identificar tendencias, patrones y oportunidades que impulsen la salud de marca y la experiencia del shopper.
- Traducir grandes volúmenes de datos en insights simples, relevantes y accionables.
3- Reportería & Visualización
- Construir reportes claros y presentaciones atractivas en PowerPoint que comuniquen hallazgos de manera efectiva.
- Asegurar que los entregables cumplan con los estándares de claridad, precisión y relevancia del equipo.
- Apoyar la creación de narrativas y visualizaciones que fortalezcan la historia detrás de los datos.
4- Operación & Apoyo al Equipo
- Apoyar en la capacitación y onboarding de clientes internos sobre herramientas y servicios.
- Contribuir en iniciativas internas, optimización de procesos y proyectos estratégicos del CoE.
- Acompañar al equipo en reuniones internas con ventas y otras áreas del negocio cuando se requiera.

RequisitosRequisitos
- Ingles avanzado (oral y escrito -B2 o C1) (Obligatorio)
Mínimo 6 meses a 2 años de experiencia en: market research, data insights, data analysis, trade marketing, category management o en empresas de FMCG, CPG, retail o de investigación de mercados.
Pregrado en Marketing, Administración, Economía, Matemáticas, Estadística u otros programas afines.
Excel intermedio (tablas dinámicas; macros es un plus)
Dominio de Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Conocimiento de herramientas analíticas; experiencia con NIQ Discover o datos de panel es un plus importante.
