We are looking for a Junior Human Resources Specialist for a extra-curricular internship. In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the Human Resources department in talent acquisition and recruiting activities, personally following: the process of searching for and selecting candidates (publication of advertisements, CV screening, selection interviews); the organization and planning of recruiting and employer branding events; the relationship with business areas in the management of resources and HR activities.

Under the guidance of the Senior Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Assist in the design and planning of HR initiatives related to project staffing, team development, and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Assist the entire recruitment process: preparation of job positions and their publication, proactive candidate search, CV screening, organisation and management of selection steps;
  • Carrying out direct searches for candidates, conducting fitrate analysis and actively contacting potential talented candidates;
  • Assist in the management of the policy of Talent Acquisition, defining best practices to attract top talent;
  • Assist in the managing all recruiting channels (CRM, Linkedin profile, direct search, etc.);
  • Assist in the defining and implementing Employer Branding policies.

Requirements
  • Enrollment in a degree program related to human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in HR processes, project management, and team coordination.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with diverse teams and external partners.
  • Fluent in Italian (native level) and English (minimum B2 level).
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with project management tools is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and suggest solutions for improvement.
  • Flexibility, ability to prioritize the workload, and motivation: you are determined to operate in a young, dynamic, fast-growing environment;
  • Please note that this offer is for an internship, and other types of contracts will not be considered.
