We are excited to offer an opportunity for HR Specialist with German language to join our dynamic team at Hitachi Energy. You will be joining a well-structured team with a total of 33 people. Our teams are split by countries: Germany, Switzerland and Austria ensuring focused and efficient workflows.
We are looking for an employee: HR Specialist who will be responsible for various HR processes.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing general HR activities, completing specific month-end close tasks.
This position requires working from the office at least two day a week, ensuring effective collaboration and communication within the team. If you are passionate about HR and looking to grow your career in a supportive and innovative company, we would love to hear from you.
Your responsibilitiesDelivering HR Service support to the HR community, business managers and employees according to defined Service Level Agreements.
Processing HR requests related to ELC service line for Swiss Employees
Providing a high level of support for internal customers, with accurate and timely processing of information for all stakeholders, while ensuring that quality controls are maintained.
Identifying opportunities for improvement based on feedback and experience.
Communicating information regarding policies and standards on assigned processes to internal customers in a clear and concise manner to ensure understanding and adoption.
Ensuring that all systems and databases remain up to date with current employee and organizational information, maintaining a high level of data quality and accuracy and providing on-demand reports where required.
You are interested in different aspects of Human Resources as a function
You possess Microsoft Office and Excel skills; knowledge of Workday or ticketing tools is a strong plus.
You have got excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
Your level of business English C1 and German B2+.
You are proactive and have got analytical skills and good attention to details.
