The Opportunity:
We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Junior HR Specialist with German to join our dynamic onboarding team supporting the DACH region. You will become part of a well-structured and collaborative team responsible for administering, coordinating, and improving hiring processes.
How You'll Make an Impact:
- Maintain employee data in various HR Systems and prepare employment documentation.
- Provide reliable HR support to our community: talent partners, managers, employees, and candidates.
- Follow, review, and update existing process documentation.
- Execute global and local HR controls on time and in accordance with agreed deadlines.
- Adhere to the agreed Ways of Working while delivering support via various tools.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in your daily work and share them with your Team Lead.
- Contribute to HR-related projects in a dynamic environment according to emerging needs.
Your Background:
- Previous experience in customer service or HR operations.
- Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Global View) and/or ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow) is an asset.
- Proactive approach, with analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent attention to detail.
- Flexible, eager to learn, and willing to take on new responsibilities
- Good user knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Very good command of English.
- Very good command of German.

- One-year contract with the possibility of extension (in addition to a 3-month probation period).
