The Opportunity: 
We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Junior HR Specialist with German to join our dynamic onboarding team supporting the DACH region. You will become part of a well-structured and collaborative team responsible for administering, coordinating, and improving hiring processes.
 

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Maintain employee data in various HR Systems and prepare employment documentation.
  • Provide reliable HR support to our community: talent partners, managers, employees, and candidates.
  • Follow, review, and update existing process documentation.
  • Execute global and local HR controls on time and in accordance with agreed deadlines.
  • Adhere to the agreed Ways of Working while delivering support via various tools.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in your daily work and share them with your Team Lead.
  • Contribute to HR-related projects in a dynamic environment according to emerging needs.

Your Background:

  • Previous experience in customer service or HR operations.
  • Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Global View) and/or ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow) is an asset.
  • Proactive approach, with analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent attention to detail.
  • Flexible, eager to learn, and willing to take on new responsibilities
  • Good user knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Very good command of English.
  • Very good command of German.

  • One-year contract with the possibility of extension (in addition to a 3-month probation period).
  • Hybrid work model, requiring two days per week in the office.
