This position reports to:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to oversee HR Operations globally or in a respective geography. Each day, you will take full accountability for the end-to-end operations and deliver high-quality services against agreed performance targets.

You will also showcase your abilities by ensuring a high degree of customer experience and by being responsible for people management in the given geographical scope.

The work model for the role is: hybrid. #LI-Hybrid

This role is contributing to the HR Operational Services in Krakow.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Managing Employee Lifecycle processes (onboarding, employment contracts, work certificates, and offboarding) to ensure smooth HR operations.

  • Maintaining and updating HR systems (SAP) and databases to ensure high data accuracy and quality, while generating reports as needed.

  • Serving as a subject matter expert on employee data management, policies, and processes, providing guidance to HR Business Partners, Managers, and Employees.

  • Supporting process excellence and recommending improvements, supporting the implementation of enhancements for greater efficiency and collaboration.

Qualifications for the role:
  • You have experience in a similar role within a shared services environment.

  • You are highly skilled in HR systems such as SAP and Workday, along with MS Office (Word, Excel).

  • You excel in meeting varied customer expectations professionally.

  • Your interpersonal and communication abilities are impressive, both in writing and in verbal exchanges.

  • You are focused on collaboration, demonstrating teamwork and a positive approach.

  • You are detail-oriented, process-driven, and well-organized.

  • You are fluent in English and proficient in either Bulgarian.
