Junior HR Partner

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our contracts and CBA classifications are in line with requirements, as well as be a point of contact to answer employee queries. You will help to create a positive and high-performing environment, aligned with Vizrt’s goals and values.

What You’ll Do:

As an HR Partner, you will:

• Lead projects related to employer compliance, such as reviewing and updating templates and implement a framework for role mapping as per the CBA.
• Support enhancement of HR Processes: Evaluate and continuously improve processes
• Deliver Insights: Analyze HR data to provide actionable recommendations to leaders and drive strategic decisions.

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Legal, or a related field.
• A strong understanding of Austrian employment law and workplace regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy.
• Attention to detail.
• A passion for fostering an engaged and productive workforce.
• Proven ability to work independently and drive HR initiatives from concept to implementation.
