We're on the hunt for a hands-on, ideas-driven Communication Specialist to shape how Atlean World is seen, felt, and remembered across digital platforms.

You’ll be the engine behind our marketing machine — from campaigns and social media to internal comms and brand development — with freedom to create, test, and build the extraordinary, without boundaries.

🔧 What You’ll Do:
  • Support the management of candidate pipelines through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Assist in maintaining accurate recruitment data and candidate records.
  • Help coordinate communication between Business Development Managers and Recruitment Teams.
  • Support the publication and management of job advertisements across different recruitment platforms.
  • Assist with candidate sourcing through job boards, databases, and social media channels.
  • Monitor recruitment activities and support the organization of recruitment processes.
  • Help maintain talent pools for current and future hiring needs.
  • Contribute to recruitment reporting and operational tracking.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the recruitment process.

RequirementsMust-Have Skills:
  • Eligibility for an IEFP Professional Internship.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, Communication, or a related field.
  • Interest in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or Business Operations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Fluency in English.
