Job Description
Junior HR Analyst
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding coordination.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and system updates.
- Support learning and development initiatives by coordinating training sessions, maintaining training records, and tracking employee participation.
- Generate HR reports, dashboards, and workforce metrics as requested.
- Participate in HR projects and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Previous internship or experience in Human Resources.
- Fluent / Advanced English.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Willingness to learn and work collaboratively.
