We are looking for a Junior HR Analyst to join our People team and support our recruitment, onboarding, and employee experience initiatives.
About the RoleAs a Junior HR Analyst, you will play a key role in attracting top talent and delivering an outstanding onboarding experience for new team members. You will collaborate with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, coordinate onboarding activities, maintain HR documentation, and support employee engagement initiatives while helping build a positive and efficient employee experience.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Selection.
- Experience coordinating and executing onboarding processes.
- Professional English (B2+ or higher) with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience using ATS or HRIS platforms.
- Experience creating HR documentation, policies, or training materials.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Experience using Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be currently located in Colombia.
