We are looking for a Junior HR Advisor who is detail-oriented, hands-on, and passionate about delivering high-quality HR services. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the employee lifecycle, ensuring operational excellence, and contributing to a consistent HR experience in our market.

Job Description:

What you’ll do
  • Deliver high-quality support to employees, managers, and HR team, ensuring a positive and consistent HR experience

  • Execute day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle (contracts, onboarding/offboarding, documentation, HR systems such as Workday) with accuracy and ownership

  • Maintain and update employee data, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance

  • Manage and resolve employee queries in a timely, professional, and solution-oriented manner

  • Coordinate with external providers (e.g. payroll, benefits) to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery

  • Support recruitment activities, including posting job ads, screening candidates, and coordinating and managing interview processes

  • Build knowledge of local labor legislation and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements

  • Support the implementation of global HR initiatives, ensuring consistency and best practice adoption at a local level

What we’re looking for

  • 1–3 years of experience in HR, or an administrative role

  • A hands-on, execution-driven mindset with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work within structured frameworks (SOPs & SLAs) while identifying improvements

  • Strong organizational and communicational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Experience with HR systems (e.g. Workday) is a plus

  • Fluency in Greek and English
