What You’ll Do
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis in Semrush and similar SEO tools.
- Build and maintain prospect lists and data sets for growth campaigns.
- Assist in designing, documenting, and preparing growth experiments.
- Keep track of all ongoing experiments in JIRA, Airtable, and internal dashboards.
- Collect results from growth tests and translate them into clear, visual presentations (Slides / Google Docs).
- Update dashboards and prepare new presentations based on experiment outcomes.
- Maintain data hygiene across systems and ensure reports are always up to date.
- Contribute to process improvements for experiment tracking and communication.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and growth experimentation.
- Proven ability to use Semrush (keyword research, clustering, intent analysis).
- Excellent data entry and organization skills – accuracy and speed are non-negotiable.
- Experience with Google Sheets, Airtable, JIRA, and Google Slides/Docs.
- Analytical mindset and the ability to connect data to decisions.
- Attention to detail: you’ll be responsible for ensuring everything inside growth stays current.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Bonus: experience preparing internal reports, experiment decks, or growth documentation.
