Are you our new Junior Sales Excellence Analyst?
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Sales Excellence Analyst to support the ongoing development, maintenance, and improvement of Intrum Salesforce platform and other sales tools. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, data analysis and administration, optimizing business processes through technology. You will work in Group Sales excellence team, closely with business stakeholders in all Intrum countries to understand requirements, support system, and ensure that Salesforce and other sales tools meets the organization’s evolving needs.
What will you do:
- Take part in daily administration and support of Salesforce, including user management, permissions, profiles, and data integrity
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and other sales tools in Salesforce
- Monitor data quality, troubleshoot user issues, and support data imports/updates
- React to compliance or data integrity issues
- Gather and analyze business requirements from different countries and translate business needs into clear user stories or specifications for development of Salesforce
- Support testing of new features, bug fixes, and enhancements in Salesforce
- Participate in process reviews to identify opportunities for improvement
- Help to develop user guides and take part in the end-user training or support materials
- Work closely with Group Sales Excellence manager, developers, business analyst and business stakeholders in all countries
- Support user adoption of new Salesforce features and process improvements
- Take a part in monthly and ad-hoc sales results and activities reporting
- Take a part in the maintenance of other sales tools, such as Qualtrics and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
What we´re looking for:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Technical Skills
- Basic understanding of what is CRM overall
- Capable of quickly learning to work with a new tool
- Experience in building reports in MS Excel (using Power queries, pivot tables and other smart ways)
- Experience in building professionally designed slides in MS PowerPoint
Soft Skills
- Responsible and thoughtful
- Having analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent in verbal communication and documentation abilities (in English!)
- Capable for polite and on time communication with stakeholders
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
- Ready to take an extra step in order to grow the competences
- Trustworthy
