Role: Junior Graphic & Web Designer (Contractor)⏱️ Engagement: Contractor
💵 Rate: $40–$60 /hr (or project-based at our discretion)
- Design marketing assets: Create on-brand graphics for web, email, and social channels (banners, ads, icons, etc.).
- Build and maintain landing pages: Implement and update pages exclusively in Webflow or Framer—no hand-offs.
- Evolve our style guide: Expand and document brand colors, typography, and UI components.
- Iterate rapidly: Incorporate feedback and deliver polished visuals on tight timelines.
- 1–2 years’ experience in graphic design with mandatory Webflow or Framer proficiency.
- Strong portfolio showcasing polished digital design (ads, web mockups, social graphics).
- Expert in Figma (or equivalent).
- Detail-oriented with exceptional taste and design sensibility.
- Fast-moving: Thrives under tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
- Collaborative communicator: Clear, proactive, and receptive to feedback.
Potential to move to a full-time role.
