About the Role
We are seeking a Junior Graphic & Motion Designer for internship to join the Design Team at Dentsu Creative in Milan. The team develops branding, visual identity, graphic design, and motion projects, and this role will help the creative team deliver multichannel content for a wide range of clients and new business pitches. This person will contribute to the development and execution of brand identities, visual systems, and motion design assets, while progressively building the skills and familiarity needed to manage design tasks under the guidance of the creative team.
Job Description:
Key Tasks
- Help the team across ongoing projects and pitches, contributing to branding, visual identity, graphic design, and motion design outputs
- Assist in the development and application of brand identities and motion systems across multiple touchpoints and channels
- Create graphic and motion assets for presentations, campaigns, digital experiences, social content, and brand communications
- Explore and apply new design, motion, and AI-based creative tools and workflows
- Stay up to date with design trends, visual culture, motion design, best practices, and emerging technologies, helping to keep our work fresh, innovative, and effective
- Demonstrate attention to detail and a proactive approach towards assigned tasks
Requirements
- Demonstrates willingness to learn, works effectively with team members, and approaches assigned tasks constructively
- Educational background in Graphic Design, Motion Design, Fine Arts, or related creative fields
- Technical knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and ability to keep up with and test emerging technologies
- Knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and Keynote
- Strong interest in branding, visual identity systems, motion design, graphic design, and visual culture
- Willingness to explore how AI can enhance the creative process by testing new technologies and workflows
We offer a 6-month internship with a monthly compensation of €800. This is a hybrid position.
