The Junior Graphic Designer is responsible for leading the creative development and execution of high-quality visual assets across digital and print platforms. This role plays a key part in shaping and maintaining the visual identity of Civis Mundi — Henley & Partners’ international membership network that offers meticulously curated private events and unparalleled access to a global network across business, arts and philanthropy, politics, academia and health— and other initiatives across the Group, ensuring brand consistency, creative excellence, and strategic alignment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end design process, from concept development to final delivery, across digital and print assets
- Develop and maintain visual identities, brand guidelines, and design systems across Group initiatives
- Create and oversee the design of websites, publications, brochures, presentations, social media assets, and marketing materials
- Translate briefs and strategic requirements into compelling visual concepts
- Produce layouts, illustrations, and graphics for digital and print use, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and high production quality
- Review and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders and senior management
- Ensure all visual outputs are on-brand, visually engaging, and aligned with communication objectives
- Support and guide junior designers and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Stay informed on design trends, tools, and emerging technologies to continuously elevate creative output
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Art, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in a creative, marketing, or multi-brand environment
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop (additional tools are a plus)
- Experience designing for both digital and print platforms
- Knowledge of content management systems and basic web design principles
- Photography experience and strong photo-editing skills are considered an asset
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain high design standards
What we offer:
- Full-time employment;
- Probation period of 6 months;
- Working hours from Monday to Friday, 8hours per day;
- 25 days of annual leave.
