Job Description
The Junior Graphic Designer will use strong design skills and attention to detail to collaborate with the sales and marketing teams, creating various visual materials to support sales initiatives. This role requires proficiency in design software, the ability to meet tight deadlines, and a deep understanding of the sales process to produce materials that are client-focused, persuasive, and aligned with the company’s brand identity. The role will require effective communication, flexibility, and problem-solving skills while working in a fast-paced environment to ensure continuous support for the sales team.

- Design Sales Support Materials:
- Create presentations, brochures, flyers, and catalogs to support sales team activities and client presentations.
- Develop infographics, sales decks, and visuals that highlight the value proposition of the products and services offered.
- Customize PowerPoint presentations from existing marketing materials and content, ensuring they are sales-driven and client-focused.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team:
- Work closely with the sales team to understand their visual communication needs and create customized materials for presentations, client meetings, and proposals.
- Ensure marketing materials are updated and accessible to the sales team, and provide new assets as needed.
- Maintain Brand Consistency:
- Ensure all materials align with the company’s brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Create visually appealing designs that convey the company's brand message and support the sales process.
- Assist in Sales Campaigns:
- Help design visual assets for digital marketing campaigns, including social media graphics, email templates, and online ads.
- Support the creation of materials for local sales events and promotions.
- Sales Lead Generation Support:
- Assist in creating content for lead generation tools, such as brochures, flyers, and email marketing templates.
- Training and Development:
- Participate in relevant training and development programs related to sales and marketing design.
- Help organize design-related training sessions for the sales team as directed by the Marketing Manager.
Qualifications
