We're looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team!
As a Graphic Designer in our Creative Department, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling design materials that help promote our brand and engage our target audience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate marketing objectives into visually appealing and impactful designs while thriving in our fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Responsibilities:
Design and produce marketing collateral, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, posters, social media graphics, and email campaigns.
Create visually appealing graphics for our website, social media channels, and online advertising campaigns.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine design concepts that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices to continually improve the quality and impact of our visual assets.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.
Work with print vendors and ensure the quality of printed materials.
Assist in developing and maintaining brand guidelines and design templates.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a marketing or advertising role.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions.
Attention to detail and a high level of creativity.
Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus.
