About the opportunity 

This role sits within our Teads Studio APAC team, based in our Singapore office and reporting directly to the Head of Design of Teads Studio, APAC. Teads Studio is our in-house creative hub, responsible for helping global brands transform standard assets into rich, interactive, and highly engaging digital video and display formats. You will join a dynamic, cross-regional team of designers, developers, and creative strategists working collaboratively to get the absolute best out of our clients' assets when activating campaigns on Teads across APAC.

What will you do?
  • Core Mission: Bring brand stories to life by designing, editing, and optimizing beautiful, high-impact digital display and video ad formats for mobile and desktop screens.
  • Team Alignment: Work closely with regional design, sales, and ad operations teams across APAC to translate static client briefs into stunning, interactive final formats.
  • Scope of Ownership: Take hands-on ownership of digital graphic assets, video editing, motion design, and high-quality presentation decks to showcase concepts to clients.
  • Impact Metric: Success in this role means producing premium creative mockups and interactive ad units that meet strict technical specifications and client guidelines within agreed-upon SLAs over the next 12 months.
Creative Innovation & Design
  • Transform Client Assets: Re-imagine and repurpose static client assets (images, storyboards, and video files) into beautiful, rich, and mobile-optimized digital ad formats.
  • Design Outcome Perfection: Ensure all creative executions are strictly aligned with our clients' brand guidelines, color palettes, and style standards.
  • Design Premium Pitches: Support our design and creative strategy teams in building elegant, highly visual, and client-ready PowerPoint presentation decks.
Execution & Flawless Delivery
  • Own Creative Asset Production: Manage day-to-day graphic asset preparation, video cutting, and motion transitions using Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and Figma.
  • Ensure Technical Accuracy: Validate that all creative files strictly comply with Teads’ technical specifications, file-size limits, and mobile deployment guidelines.
  • Manage Multiple Briefs: Operate with a high sense of urgency and structural organization, executing assigned design tasks reliably within tight timelines.
Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Partner Cross-Functionally: Work daily with Sales and Ad Operations to gather technical project specs, share creative best practices, and coordinate deployment procedures.
  • Support Commercial Wins: Work alongside our media sales teams to design optimized, KPI-driven creative mockups that help close business across strategic agency and advertiser accounts.

What will you bring to the team?

Must-Haves 
  • Education: Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Communication Design, or a related creative field.
  • Experience: Prior professional graphic design or motion design experience (such as a strong internship or junior-level agency role) in a digital media or creative environment.
  • Technical Software Mastery: Strong hands-on proficiency with After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and Figma.
  • Presentation Skills: Exceptional PowerPoint capabilities with an eye for modern slide design and layout.
  • Organizational Agility: Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills, with a proven ability to handle multiple prospects and deliverables under tight deadlines.
  • Language: Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English to collaborate across our regional APAC teams.
  • Location/Legalities: Right to work in Singapore without requiring future visa sponsorship.
  • Portfolio: A portfolio showing clean design layouts, digital assets, and motion graphics/video editing examples.

  • Basic understanding of front-end web development elements, particularly HTML and CSS.
