Junior Graphic Designer (Contractor)

JUNIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Pfizer, a global leader in the pharmaceutical industry, is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and team-focused Junior Graphic Designer to join its growing team. As part of the Pfizer Türkiye Omnichannel Department and reporting to the Healthcare Experience Senior Manager, the team member will be responsible for designing and adapting the company's promotional and
communication materials in accordance with Pfizer brand standards and technical requirements, ensuring suitability for relevant platforms.• Design and adapt promotional content to meet category and brand needs• Ensure all materials comply with Pfizer brand guidelines and technical requirements while maintaining high quality and timely delivery• Upload finalized materials with references to Veeva Vault (GCMA) in accordance with internal protocols• They will maintain effective communication and collaboration with omnichannel partners, Product Managers, Medical Managers, and the Omnichannel Marketing Team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field• 1-2 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.)
QUALIFICATIONS:• Ability to localize and adapt promotional materials based on regional needs• Strong creative skills in visualizing scientific and promotional messages• Excellent planning, time management, and prioritization abilities• Keen attention to detail and commitment to quality• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively
within a team• Up-to-date knowledge of design trends and emerging technologies
