About the Role
We live in an exciting time for creativity and creative artists. While technologies like generative AI are revolutionizing and, to some extent, democratizing creative design, at Circles.Life, we firmly believe these are merely highly capable tools. The real magic occurs when these tools are wielded by a skilled artist. We are looking for such an artist to join us.
We are looking for a hungry and dynamic Junior Graphic/Creative Designer to join our talented and friendly marketing team at Circles. As a Creative Designer, you will assist in creating visually compelling assets that align with our brand identity and resonate with our target audience. You will work closely with teams to support the design and execution of assets across various platforms and media.
What You Will Do
- Assist in the creation of creative concepts and designs for digital and print assets, including website visuals, landing pages, social media graphics, email templates, digital advertisements, infographics, and more.
- Ensure all designs adhere to Circles’ brand guidelines and maintain consistency in style, tone, and visual identity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and support the execution of marketing objectives.
- Produce visually appealing designs under the guidance of senior designers, effectively communicating complex ideas and promoting brand awareness.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continually improve design output.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative discussions.
- Handle multiple design tasks simultaneously and deliver assets on time with high-quality standards.
What We Are Looking For
- A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience as a creative designer, graphic designer, or in a similar role (internship experience is acceptable).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma) and other relevant design software.
- Proficiency is use of AI tools to drive design and creative thinking and process
- A growing portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design solutions across various mediums.
- Basic understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to feedback, with a proactive approach to growth and development.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and creativity.
- Interest in motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
