Telenor Shared Services Pakistan delivers transactional business services in Finance & Accounting and IT. Together with Telenor Shared Services Norway, we support Telenor employees globally and make their work easier and more efficient.
In this role, you will support the coordination of operational execution of roaming rollout plans. You will work closely with global partners and internal teams to ensure successful onboarding, testing, and launch of roaming services while maintaining accurate documentation and tracking progress.
• Ensure timely coordination and execution of roaming rollout activities
• Maintain accurate and updated documentation in roaming management tools
• Support smooth testing and launch of roaming services
• Build effective collaboration with internal teams and roaming partners
• Establish and maintain communication with roaming partners
• Support negotiation and coordination of International Roaming Agreements (IRAs)
• Coordinate testing and launch activities as per rollout plans
• Monitor progress and identify risks or delays in execution
• Resolve operational issues and escalate when required
• Maintain accurate data and status updates in management systems
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional and international teams
Experience
• Minimum 2-4 years of specific mobile roaming experience working with roaming coordinator tasks primarily coordinator experience
• Exposure to coordination of roaming rollout or similar activities
Skills:
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work in a structured and systematic manner
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple parallel tasks effectively
Education:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, business, economics, or a related field
• Equivalent practical experience may be considered
• Basic understanding of mobile roaming processes and rollout lifecycle
• Familiarity with IREG and/or TADIG processes (preferred)
• Experience working with international stakeholders and partners
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and collaboration platforms (Teams, SharePoint)
• Basic technical understanding of mobile networks and roaming services
• Growth into senior coordination roles within roaming operations
• Opportunities to move into specialist or managerial roles in telecom services
• Exposure to international projects and cross-functional career development
