Milyen feladatokat lát el nálunk a Junior Globál Munkautasítás Tréner ?
- Operátori, anyagmozgatói és gépkezelői ismeretek folyamatos fejlesztése az üzleti igények alapján
- Területi bevezető oktatások és éves ismétlő oktatások megtartása
- Munkautasítások és tréning tervek kialakítása, új folyamatok, változások nyomonkövetése
- Az oktatási dokumentáció és a képesség mátrixok karbantartása
- Tréning terv alapján oktatások szervezése és tartása, vizsgáztatás
- Rendszeres tudás visszaellenőrzés
Ami a pozíció betöltéséhez szükséges:
- Minimum középfokú végzettség
- Jó kommunikációs készség
- Fejlesztői szemléletmód
- Szisztematikus és kreatív gondolkodásmód
- Jó problémamegoldó képesség
- Jó együttműködési és érdekérvényesítési képesség
- Előny angol nyelvtudás
- Előny Prepack területen szerzett tapasztalat
