Milyen feladatokat lát el nálunk a Junior Globál Munkautasítás Tréner ?

  • Operátori, anyagmozgatói és gépkezelői ismeretek folyamatos fejlesztése az üzleti igények alapján
  • Területi bevezető oktatások és éves ismétlő oktatások megtartása
  • Munkautasítások és tréning tervek kialakítása, új folyamatok, változások nyomonkövetése
  • Az oktatási dokumentáció és a képesség mátrixok karbantartása
  • Tréning terv alapján oktatások szervezése és tartása, vizsgáztatás
  • Rendszeres tudás visszaellenőrzés 

Ami a pozíció betöltéséhez szükséges: 

  • Minimum középfokú végzettség
  • Jó kommunikációs készség
