Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Genesys Cloud Developer for a 3-month contract with the possibility of extension to help us design and deliver CX solutions that provide our client with a beautiful customer journey that achieves results. The role is hybrid working with 3 times per week work from the office. The successful candidate will play a key role in IVR and Routing development activities, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

 Responsibilities:

• Write, maintain, and implement Genesys Cloud contact center solutions.
• Development of Genesys Cloud call flows for routing and IVR.
• Development of Scrips and SMS configuration in Genesthe ys platform
• Monitor the technical performance of internal systems. 
• Respond to requests from the development team. 
  Gather information from consumers about program functionality.
• Conduct technical implementation activities to support transaction.
• Work on bug fixing.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with the contact center solutions.
• 0,5+ year of experience with the Genesys Cloud solutions: Genesys Cloud Architect, IVR callflows, Routing.
• Hands-on with Genesys Cloud Scripting and JavaScript.
• Experience with applications leveraging APIs, JSON or JavaScript in web applications.
• Excellent communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Genesys Cloud Professional certification.
• Knowledge or hands-on experience with Google Dialogue Flow.
