About the Role
As a Junior FX Structuring Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the FX Structuring team to deliver tailored FX risk management solutions to clients across the EEA. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in FX products, pricing, and client solutions while working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in understanding clients’ FX exposure and help structure appropriate FX risk management solutions.
Support the pricing of FX products, including Spot, Swaps, NDFs, and Options.
Collaborate with FX Sales and Dealing teams to deliver outstanding FX solutions to clients.
Help prepare proposals for FX structured products and assist in executing FX hedges.
Contribute to scenario analysis and stress testing to evaluate risk and performance.
Participate in training sessions to enhance your knowledge of FX strategies and pricing.
About You
We are looking for someone with a strong analytical mindset, a passion for financial markets, and a desire to grow in the FX space.
Requirements:
A degree in finance, economics, financial engineering, or a related field.
Basic understanding of FX products (Spot, Swaps, NDFs, and Options).
Strong numerical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Python is a plus.
Interest in financial modelling and scenario analysis.
Fluent in English; additional European languages are a bonus.
