What you'll do...
 
As a Junior Fullstack Engineer, you will help the team to build complete designs for our applications and features.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing intuitive user interfaces to collect and review information.
  • Building and maintaining robust APIs that automate decision-making processes.
  • Writing, testing (from unit to end-to-end), and delivering clean, maintainable code.
  • Actively participating in releases, deployments, and monitoring of solutions in production.
  • Contributing to technical migrations, modernization efforts, and architectural improvements as our platforms evolve.
Performance, scalability and quality are key challenges to solve in order to deliver and review code. You are part of a team and collaborate with your teammates (software engineers, data scientists, QA, UX, product managers) to constantly receive and give feedback and improve the agile development process.
 
We work with modern technologies and always encourage our team to explore what’s new in the market. Our main tools are:
      • Frontend: React/Redux/TS/Vanilla Extract/LESS/Dev Container with Vite
      • Backend: ASP.NET, C#, MSSQL, Elasticsearch
      • IDE: your choice - Rider, VS Code, or Visual Studio + Resharper
      • Cloud: Microsoft Azure
      • Foundational toolchain: GitHub Enterprise, GHAS, GH Copilot + coding agent
      • CI/CD: GitHub Actions / TeamCity, Cypress, GH Packages (npm, NuGet), Octopus
      • Collaboration: Slack, Jira, Confluence
 
What you bring...
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in software development 
  • Backend wise, you have experience with either C# or Java
  • You have some Frontend experience as well - any JS framework will do; we work with ReactJS!
  • You are a true Fullstack: Frontend is part of your job, as much as Backend!
  • Your projects are beautifully designed and cleanly written
  • You are dynamic, curious and eager to learn, always looking to expand your fields of expertise
  • You are proactive and take ownership of your work
  • You want your work to have an impact: rather than a cog, you see yourself as the engine
  • Fluency in English
 
Recruitment Process
  • 30-minute video interview with our Talent Acquisition Specialist
  • 2x 1-hour technical interviews, one with a Backend dev and one with a Frontend dev
  • 1-hour final interview with the Hiring Manager
