About the role
We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Front-End Developer to join our Professional Services team. You'll work closely with designers, engineers, product managers, and clients to implement polished, accessible, and responsive interfaces using modern front-end technologies. If you're passionate about pixel-perfect UI, love collaborating across teams, and thrive in a fast-paced, client-driven environment, this is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enhance the Pelcro React Elements library, ensuring high-quality documentation, usability, and scalability.
- Implement responsive and accessible UIs using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React—with attention to design fidelity and performance.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including back-end developers, product managers, and UI/UX designers, to deliver impactful new features.
- Take ownership of code quality, implementing best practices in testing, performance optimization, and security.
- Drive continuous improvements in development processes and ensure timely delivery of updates.
- Contribute ideas to improve our development workflow, code quality, and team culture.
- Stay up to date on evolving front-end trends, tools, and standards.
Key Requirements:
- 0–2 years of professional experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on ReactJS.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and ReactJS. Familiarity with front-end tooling like Webpack, Babel, etc.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and state management (Redux, Context API).
- Strong attention to detail and experience in building responsive, accessible UIs.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for solving complex problems.
- Experience with TailwindCSS, styled-components, or another CSS-in-JS solution is nice to have. As well as exposure to Agile/Scrum workflows and ticket management tools (Asana, Jira, etc.).
- Basic understanding of SEO and front-end performance optimization.
