Hödlmayr International is one of Europe’s leading providers of vehicle logistics solutions. To further expand our transport network, we are looking for a commercially driven and entrepreneurial Junior Franchise Development Manager with a strong focus on High & Heavy transport operations across Central and Eastern Europe.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on personality who enjoys identifying and building new business opportunities, building long-term partnerships and negotiating successful commercial agreements. We are looking forward to a self-starter with a high level of ownership and accountability who is also a collaborative team player working effectively across cultures.

Your Responsibilities:

• Strategic: Develop and expand the Hödlmayr franchise network in Central and Eastern Europe.
• Targeted: Drive the acquisition of new franchise partners with a primary focus on High & Heavy transport companies.
• Sustainable: Support the development of the passenger car carrier franchise network.
• Proactive: Identify, evaluate and approach potential transport partners in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland and the Baltic States.
• Independent: Lead commercial negotiations independently and conclude franchise agreements.
• Relationship-oriented: Build long-term relationships with new and existing business partners.
• Collaborative: Coordinate closely with our operational teams across the Hödlmayr Group.
• Professional: Prepare commercial proposals, reports and business documentation.
• Reliable: Manage all related administrative and back-office activities.

Your Profile:

• Commercial education or relevant professional experience.
• Experience in logistics, transport, freight forwarding or business development is an advantage.
• Strong commercial mindset and excellent negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and achieve results.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook).
• Fluent English is required, German is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Polish, Czech, Slovak and/or Russian is considered a strong asset.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Central and Eastern Europe.
• Leadership experience is not required; this is an individual contributor role.

Salary: Your starting salary will be based on your qualifications and experience and starts at EUR 3.000 gross per month (on a full-time basis). If you have the appropriate qualifications, we are willing to offer a competitive salary above the market rate.
