As a Junior Analyst, you will assist in preparing property valuations, creating marketing materials, analyzing market trends, and supporting transaction execution. You’ll work closely with senior agents and gain meaningful insight into the investment sales process.
This role offers a clear path to production on the team. The right candidate desires a long-term career in Retail investment sales.
Commercial real estate internships, coursework, or related experience is preferred. This is a unique opportunity to learn from a leading team and develop a strong foundation in commercial real estate.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the creation, review, and editing of marketing collateral
- Communicate with underwriters, graphic designers, and third party vendors
- Read and abstract leases
- Research, accumulate & organize relevant tenant information and sales/rent comps for assignments
Required Knowledge and/or Experience:
