We invite an organized and meticulous Finance Specialist with strong communication skills to join our Finance Department at Dev.Pro. In this role, you’ll manage credit card transactions, ensure accurate reporting and communicate with various internal teams and external vendors in Ukraine and globally. You’ll help maintain the efficiency and accuracy of our financial operations, supporting critical processes that keep the company running smoothly.

🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution

In this role, you'll manage financial reports and prepare data for the accounting system to support the smooth operation of our Finance Department.

• Process and validate corporate credit card payments
• Collect and verify receipts, claims, and other documentation for credit card payments to ensure accuracy
• Organize financial data into trackers to maintain reliable record-keeping
• Prepare and submit monthly reports to the accounting team
• Prepare and maintain cash flow reports
• Collaborate with internal teams to address questions and provide clarifications
