Job Purpose:
We are seeking a skilled Embedded Software Engineer with proficiency in Japanese to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in embedded systems and
be capable of navigating both English and Japanese technical environments.
Job Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement software for embedded devices and systems from concept to production.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, to ensure seamless integration and functionality.

Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to enhance system performance and reliability.

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for software designs and interfaces.
-
Communicate effectively with Japanese-speaking stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.
Skills Required:
-
Excellent communication skills in both Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher) and English.

Understand I/F with other subsystems (inter-process communication, shared memory, semaphores, files, DB/tables, communication protocols) and be able to design I/F using development environments, tools, libraries, and supported languages.

Proficiency in C programming.

Proficiency in C++, C# programming.

Compiler- Visual C++ Compiler, C# Compiler.

VC / VC++, Visual Studio (VS) and C++ Development in VS2019 & SQL, RUST.

Operating environment(OS/platform) Windwos10, Windows11, Windows Server (Before 2016), Windows Server (After 2019).

Proficiency in Java programming.
Experience: 3-10 years
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of hardware-software integration and debugging tools.

Prior experience working in a multicultural or international team setting.
