Assist in the account payable functions to ensure day-to-day operations of overall accounting and financial activities are execute effectively and efficiently.
Your Day-to-Day
- Provide support on month-end and year-end closing, and complete monthly close procedures. Responsible for verifying seller documentation and AP payment.
- To perform cheque issuance, update of cheque listing and tracking of the cheque usage daily.
- To verify and approve payment for SA commission.
- To verify transactions in Dingtalk form.
- To perform batch processing of purchase transactions into ERP.
- To prepare bank reconciliation for payment accounts and transact bank charges in ERP.
- To assist in month end stock-take.
- To assist in managing audit and tax queries.
- To perform other accounting / finance related duties or tasks as assigned from time to time.
Your Know-How
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance
- No experience required. Fresh graduates are welcome
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
- Basic degree of computer literacy, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Basic knowledge in accounting treatment and account payable process. Mainly involve in finance operational tasks
