Job Summary:
We are looking to hire an Entry Level Systems Analyst who will be trained to be an Esker Support Analyst with additional focus on supporting SAP bolt-on applications. As a member of Regal Rexnord I.T. team, the selected individual will assume a variety of diverse and challenging tasks and activities related to the support of our Esker systems and related ERP (SAP & Oracle) applications. Tasks will range from configuring, testing and documenting systems or business processes and providing support on a variety of technical issues. Will interact closely with the ERP project team members and business members as required.

Technical Competencies:
- Strong technical aptitude
- Ability to learn SAP technical & functional information.
- 3+ years of experience in SAP/Oracle Supply chain (SD, PP, QM, MM) preferred.
- Practical programming experience or training in common languages such as C++, Visual Basic, Java, HTML, SAP ABAP or .NET a plus but not necessary
Business Aptitude:
- Demonstrates the ability to understand business processes and how technology can be used as an enabler.
- Business background or education in Manufacturing, supply chain, customer service.
Education and Experience
- Undergraduate degree in Information Systems, Industrial Management, Mathematics, Engineering or related Scientific degree.
- SAP or Oracle Training in Sales or Finance is a plus but not required
- Preference is given to individuals who have previously supported Esker applications
Travel: 25% of time – mostly during project milestones, kaizen or similar events
Language: English
Expected Salary: $53,500 - $95,000 annually
