- Essential Responsibilities
- Work hands on across shifts in NDT / Testing cells in Aerospace function
- Ensure that the Production line & products meet quality & compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with Quality & Line Leaders to discuss and resolve product quality issues.
- Train & Lead qualification of team personnel’s.
- Assist in new product development activities to avoid quality issues.
- Coordinate AS / NADCAP & other relevant audits.
- Work with leadership to improve quality management system based on audit results.
- Work in compliance to the site and regulatory safety & quality norms.
The Ideal Candidate:
The employee will be responsible for working as a NDT / Testing inspector in Aviation line production Quality operations.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Diploma in engineering
- 2 Years + of Experience in aerospace / aviation Engineering industry is a must
- Working knowledge of Aerospace Prime requirements along with NADCAP.
- Documented hands on work experience / existing hydro process qualification.
- Strong hands on experience in performing NDT & pressure testing operations , process control checks & working per GE-Aerospace specific customer P specs, third party and other international regulatory norms , visual inspection of finished & purchased product norms.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with good oral and written communication skills
