Our Multi-modal Manufacturing Facility (MMF) in Pune plays a crucial role in manufacturing key aerospace components, supporting not only India’s defense and commercial sectors but also global aviation supply chains. Role Overview:
- Understand and follow the router requirements, MOS as per operation sequence , safe Operation of the process related equipment
- identify the defective parts / defects and raise NC ticket
- Ability to analyze and interpret design drawings, specifications ,manuals, MOS and other related documentation , ensure compliance to NADCAP requirements
- Knowledge of chemical handling, storage and related documentation
- Ensure completion of process related documentation , process and equipment inspection check lists
The Ideal Candidate:
Hands-on experience in special process shops such as swab etch, part marking, ultrasonic cleaning, or DFL coating, with strong knowledge of routers, MOS, drawings, chemical handling, and NADCAP-related requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma with 2 – 3 years of experience in related processes .
- Highest Levels of Personal Integrity and Safety , Quality Mindset.
- Experience in engineering industry – with first hand experience of process shops
- Exposure to special process NADCAP audits and related documentation is desirable
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes and provide efficient solutions.
- Ability to handle diverse activities simultaneously and Ability to work in a matrix organization and working collaboratively with the team
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Kaizen ,Lean and Six Sigma Methodology
