We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Engineer / Engineer – ERP Development to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining ERP applications, database components, and reports.
This role is suitable for both freshers and experienced professionals, with responsibilities aligned to experience level.Required Technical Skills
- Proficiency in SQL programming using Microsoft SQL Server.
- Strong understanding of database concepts such as tables, joins, indexes, and query optimization.
- Knowledge of developing stored procedures, views, and functions.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of .NET for web or console application development.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as GitHub.
- Exposure to or experience with ERP systems (e.g., Ramco or similar platforms).
- Experience with reporting tools such as Crystal Reports, Jasper Reports, or SSRS.
- Knowledge of API development and integration.
- Understanding of database performance tuning and optimization.
- Prior experience with Ramco ERP is an added advantage.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and other database objects using Microsoft SQL Server.
- Design and develop web and console applications based on business requirements.
- Create and maintain reports using tools such as Crystal Reports, Jasper Reports, or SSRS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Design, develop, and enhance ERP screens and functionalities.
- Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of applications and database components.
- Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks and provide regular status updates to the reporting manager.
