Job Description
As part of the regional EHSQ team EMEA, you will support the Head of EHSQ EMEA in shaping the regional EHS & Q performance by implementing and monitoring the regional EHSQ strategy.
You will introduce new standards and initiate regional initiatives and programmes based on the evaluation of EHS & Q relevant KPI's. You will also be the first point of contact for the Area EHSQ Managers EMEA, providing general support and training on EHS&Q related procedures and requirements.
- Support Regional EHS & Q Head EMEA to roll out, maintain & control the EHS Group/Regional Strategy & Programs, KPI's
- Support and define measures to improve the Regional EHS & Q performance (analyzing EHS & Q relevant KPIs, initiate initiatives)
- Participation of EHS Audits and Risk audits (internal/external)
- Support Regional Q Manager EMEA for the Sika matrix certification program (e.g. preparation of Management Review)
- Conduct training on EHS & Q related procedures and requirements./. General EHS & Q support to the Area EHS & Q Managers
- Support to organize the Regional EHS & Q meetings
Qualifications
- Background in environmental science, (safety) engineering, construction or chemical industry
- 1-3 years experience in a similar role for environmental health & safety and/or in managementsystems (ISO 9001; ISO 14001; ISO 45001) preferred in construction business
- Project management skills to lead projects and teams in an matrix organization
- Experienced in leading matrix certification programs
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Power BI
- Excellent engaging with stakeholders at functionally and hierarchy level.
- Communicative, languages English, German or others (oral, written)
- Self-dependent organization of work and tasks. Talented in organization and motivation.
- Attention to detail and a results driven approach
- Problem solving skills and Analytical Prioritization
