Position Summary:
As part of the Environment, Health & Safety and Product Stewardship Transactional Services, the EHS Admin Assistant will be responsible to carry out tasks and activities identified and agreed upon with the EHS Business Partners, Communities of Experts (CoE), Environmental, Health and Safety Operations and Product Stewardship Operations, to drive efficiencies in EHS/PS operation throughout the global function.
EHS Admin Assistant contributes to the development, implementation and maintenance of processes, programs, and systems necessary to ensure the overall performance. Additionally, the role also supports the businesses in achieving compliance with the organizational and EH&S standards, as well as regulatory requirements.
We work in a hybrid model: 3 days in the office, 2 days remotely.
Main responsibilities:
- Core activity: data entry management for the Industrial Hygiene process
- GS2 & Incident Reporting: creation and distribution of periodic reports
- System maintenance (daily; ad-hoc; project-based); data entry and access granting
- Ad-hoc business & administrative support; reporting; document management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (EHS oriented degree is an asset, but not a must)
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs, including Excel
- Working knowledge of Power Query is a strong asset and
- Interest in learning PowerQuery / PowerBI is a must
- Ability to operate with multiple disciplines in a multicultural environment
- Fluency in English
- Fast learner
- Adaptability and problem solving
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and under own proactive initiative
