Position Purpose: Responsible for the planning and execution of analyses related to optimizations added to L.L.Bean’s website and customer satisfaction experience. Works individually and as part of a team to create technical data requirements for new features, design experiments to measure the efficacy of elements of the direct channel, estimate future performance, and present findings to the organization.
About the role:

Performs moderately complex analytical projects. Identifies trends & outcomes and makes recommendations.

Determines appropriate data sources and report designs to best meet information needs.

Participates in work such as GA4 event design, A/B testing of website features, channel performance reporting.

About you:
Education Level: 4-Year Bachelor’s Degree; desired careers: Math, Engineering, Economics or Business Management. Business Analytics preferred, but not limited.
Years of Experience: No previous experience required.
