Help us to deliver an amazing digital shopping experience in the Czech and Slovak Republic, based in our Prague’s office. We’re looking for a digital native - a data-driven innovator to help us connect with shoppers in the online environment and bring LEGO® play experiences to more children – an amazing job opportunity you simply do not want to miss!
Core Responsibilities:
50% Capacity: Project management & cross-market collaboration (CZ/SK/HU)
- Serve as connection point across markets, ensuring the exchange of insights and best practices from local marketing teams, where our international Retailers operate.
- Tailor eCommerce strategies, campaigns and Retailer plans to reflect market-specific nuances while maintaining alignment with overall business objectives.
- Drive ad-hoc eCommerce projects spread over 1-3 months such as:
a) Test innovations & scale them in collaboration with regional eCommerce teams into other markets
b) Standardize, update Retailer contracts & form into database in collaboration with the legal team.
c)Collaborate on API integration project for distributing content to Retailers.
50% Capacity: Enhancement of processes & reporting to support eCom KAMs
- Plan, manage, and monitor eCommerce promotional campaigns to achieve growth with high return on investment. Oversee investment evaluations using internal tools and maintain a promotional database for activity analysis and post-campaign assessments.
- Track weekly critical metrics such as sales, conversion rates, traffic, turnover, retail stock, and investments, ensuring timely identification of required actions.
- Own forecasting and replenishment processes for major accounts, ensuring efficient stock management during key sales peaks.
- Support KAMs in negotiating trade activation activities and Retailer Business Planning by aggregating insights from various internal teams, while working closely with data teams.
- Collaborate with the team to test and implement new tools or features that simplify processes and improve performance.

Do you have what it takes?
- Direct eCommerce experience or project management experience from eCommerce company is a significant asset.
- Understanding of the current challenges in own area and find opportunities for immediate improvement.
- Energized by overcoming tough challenges and deliver excellence thanks to a ‘can do’ attitude is necessary requirement.
- Genuinely interested in learning continuously and look for new ways to do things, challenging the status quo when relevant and beneficial.
- Advanced skills in Excel for data analysis, including the use of formulas, pivot tables, charts, data visualization techniques & ability to manage complex spreadsheets.
- Experience with managing timelines, coordinating with teams, overseeing multiple tasks & aggregating diverse inputs.
- In-depth understanding of the Hungarian or Slovak market & shopper behavior from previous role(s) is a great asset.
- English at B2 level & native proficiency in Czech or Slovak.
