We’re expanding and currently looking for a Junior Documentation Manager (m/f/d) to join and strengthen our customer team in Friedrichshafen.
In this role, you will support comprehensive document management processes within the aerospace sector in a highly technical environment equipped with modern tools and state-of-the-art technology.
As the primary point of contact for document and data management, you will support processes, methodologies, and tools, ensuring seamless integration and efficiency.
Your main tasks- Formal checking of internal documents against templates and guidelines
- Receiving and reviewing external document/data package deliveries
- Delivering documents and data packages to internal teams, suppliers, and customers
RequirementsDesired Profile
- Strong ability to do things right first time and consistently
- Strong sense of details
- High level of precision and accuracy is a MUST
- High level autonomy required
- Process oriented mindset; follow existing processes and pro activity to improve them
- Open to 100% onsite work model
- Preferred - 1 year of experience in documentation management within the aeronautics/aerospace sector
- Completed training in technical documentation or a comparable qualification
- Experience with PDM systems (e.g., PTC-Windchill) or information systems (e.g., Confluence, Google Workspace) is a plus
