1. System Support
- Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Uniphi system alongside senior team members.

- Responsible for administrative tasks related to portal setup and configuration.
- Responsible for preparing documentation and communications for new system builds and updates.
- Support the team during rollout activities by tracking tasks and updates.
4. Documentation and Organisation
- Taking responsibility for maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation (e.g., user guides, process notes, simple flow diagrams).
- Responsible for the organisation of files and records related to system updates, validation, and compliance activities.
- Help ensure documentation is updated in line with system or process changes.
- Assist and progress to taking responsibility fo preparing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) documentation and capturing results.
- Gain exposure to working within regulated environments (e.g., GxP), with support and training provided.
5. Team Support
- Provide administrative support to the Digital Platform Lead and wider team (e.g., scheduling meetings, taking notes, tracking actions).
- Contribute updates in team meetings on assigned tasks.
- Actively participate in training and development opportunities to build knowledge of the platform and EAP processes.
- Demonstrate a proactive and collaborative approach to learning and supporting team activities.
Candidate Requirements
1. Education
Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent in Life Sciences, Information Technology.
2. Experience
Prior professional experience is an advantage but not essential.
Any relevant internship, placement, part-time role, or academic project involving digital systems, IT tools, or healthcare environments would be beneficial.
3. Technical Skills
- Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Comfortable using digital tools and systems, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
4. Skills and Attributes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately.
- Good organisational skills and ability to manage tasks effectively.
- Willingness to learn and develop new technical and professional skills.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to ask questions and work collaboratively within a team.
