We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for executing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google for our e-commerce products.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in creating ad creatives, copy, and performance-oriented content in collaboration with the design team.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and budget allocation.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance and KPIs (CTR, ROAS, CPA, etc.).
Generate regular performance reports and suggest optimization strategies.
Assist in A/B testing of creatives, landing pages, and ad placements.
Stay updated on industry trends, Meta and Google Ads policies, and competitor strategies.

Skills Required
- Experience planning and launching paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
- Experience planning and launching paid campaigns on Google (Search, Display, Shopping)
- Ability to conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and budget allocation
- Experience monitoring and analyzing campaign performance and KPIs (CTR, ROAS, CPA)
- Familiarity with A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and ad placements
- Ability to create or assist with ad copy and collaborate with design teams on creatives
- Ability to generate regular performance reports and recommend optimizations
- Awareness of Meta and Google Ads policies and industry trends
