We’re looking for a skilled and passionate Junior Developer to join our team in Bournemouth to contribute across the full development lifecycle. Our cutting edge e commerce widget enables retailers to seamlessly integrate online credit as a payment option and it’s already powering major growth across the UK. How you’ll contribute
Fix bugs, optimise performance, and strengthen a live production codebase
Support merchants integrating our finance module into their e-commerce platforms
Assist with onboarding new merchants and collaborate closely with support teams
Maintain clear documentation and follow engineering best practices
We're looking for these essential skills
Strong PHP backend fundamentals confident building, debugging and enhancing server side applications
Solid JavaScript skills writing clean, maintainable, modern JS for production environments
Hands-on experience with React developing responsive, component-driven frontends
Experience building responsive, accessible, and cross-browser compatible user interfaces using HTML5 and CSS3
Experience with PHP Unit tests
It’s a plus if you also have these skills
Experience working on e-commerce or payment/FinTech products
Understanding of modern web architecture building scalable, high-performing e-commerce solutions
