We're making our first dedicated technology hire - a Junior Developer who will work directly with our COO to build AI-driven automation tools and potentially grow into leading a technology function.

Be the First: This is our inaugural technology hire. You'll have the rare opportunity to be a founding member and help establish our technology capabilities from the ground up.

Working alongside our COO, you'll develop AI-powered solutions that transform how we support clinical trials:

• Build on existing AI tools and create new automation applications using VS Code with GitHub Copilot

• Develop solutions that automate clinical trial data management, reporting, and business processes

• Collaborate with biostatisticians, data managers, and business teams to understand their challenges

• Create tools that help bring new treatments to patients faster and more efficiently

• Manage code repositories using GitHub and establish development best practices

• Learn about the pharmaceutical industry and regulatory requirements for clinical trials

Now, we're investing in AI and automation to enhance our capabilities and deliver even greater value to our clients. This role is central to that strategic vision.

Essential:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field

• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python, JavaScript, C#, Java, or similar)

• Understanding of Git and version control concepts

• Excellent English language skills (written and spoken) - critical for documentation and collaboration

• Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently

• Initiative and problem-solving mindset - you see challenges as opportunities

Highly Desirable:

• Experience with VS Code and GitHub Copilot or similar AI coding assistants

• Active GitHub profile demonstrating personal projects or open-source contributions

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)

• Interest in AI/machine learning applications

• Understanding of web technologies, APIs, and modern development practices
