Your Role
You will work alongside the Lead Web Designers to create briefs, drive innovation through testing and analyse creative performance. You’ll create optimised promotional web graphics across ASDA.com and Online Groceries for our proposition and seasonal events on GHS and ensure that media is delivered on site, on time, accurately and on brand.
Our Online teams strive for excellence every day, so attention to detail is vital. Whilst working in an extremely fast paced team it is also important that the Website and App journey is priority to ensure the user experience and customer journey is seamless.
About You
- A design related postgraduate qualification (or equivalent)
- Demonstrable knowledge of designing for web accessibility standards and evidence of producing web graphics across devices with a focus on mobile-first
- Proven ability of using Photoshop and Illustrator
- Some UX knowledge (not vital)
- Evidence of using a Content Management System (CMS)
- Knowledge of basic SEO best practices
- Good organisation / project management skills
- Ability to hand code HTML & CSS is preferred but not required
- Is a team player
- Attention to detail
