- Collaborate with the Business Excellence & Transformation Consulting Team to create consistent, impactful, and compelling internal & external communication & marketing materials.
- Support expansion and be part of a new & growing global business unit.
- Participate in regular team meetings and understand purpose and goal the communication materials should be supporting.
- Propose optimizations and creative approaches
- Communicate about your designs to other project team members.
- Create compelling layouts, designs and graphics for Power Point presentations and pitches at customers
- Design and structure responses to Requests for Proposals
- Maintain internal Sharepoint fresh and compelling - with designs for the sections, for news articles etc.
- Create marketing materials in close cooperation with our Global Go2Market team
Must have Skills :
- Capable in using design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Miro, Adobe Creative Cloud etc. related with UX-UI and Communication Design.
- Passion for design and building creative presentations
- The discipline to work remotely and drive initiatives forward even if not being in a physical office.
- Hands-on-mentality and thinking out of the box mentality
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills, written and oral along with presentation skills.
- Proactiveness and autonomy. We value people that are self-driven taking responsibility to drive their tasks successfully.
- Fluent in English
- High correllation capabilities and willingness to work with a highly dynamic team
