This position sits in our Global Travel Retail business. Key Purpose
The VIE will be part of the Planning team of the Americas and Europe Travel Retail business and will play a crucial role in building an accurate forecast alongside the commercial team.
Your primary objective will be to be the link between the operations, commercial, finance and marketing team and provide support for the Demand Planning activities.
You will also be responsible for managing and overseeing the S&OP process for a part of the demand planning activities.
Your key missions
Demand Planning
- You will influence stakeholders into improving overall forecast accuracy of TR Americas
- You will ensure a rolling 18-month demand forecast precision using Anaplan DP while leveraging advanced forecasting modules (supply constraints, promotion, sell-out modules)
- You will monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs).
- You will implement the key output from the S&OP meetings in the next forecast cycle
Collaboration and Communication
- You will maintain good collaboration with sales, marketing, and supply teams.
- You will implement cross-functional training programs for Demand Planning when new functions/enhancements are implemented in Anaplan and/or S&OP
- You implement standardized process and WoW between Americas and Europe
Projects
- You will implement Sell-out module utilization for main customer within Americas,
- You will support Bucket 3 customer into Bucket 1 integration if needed
Ad-hoc Supply Chain
- You assist with supply chain-related activities for one of our biggest customers in Americas, ensuring seamless operations and better customer service.

- You have a bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
- You have experience in demand planning or supply planning roles
- You have strong analytical and communication skills
- You have advanced knowledge of MS office pack
- Knowledge of Anaplan and/or JDE is a plus
- You are fluent in English mandatory / Spanish is a big plus
