We're looking for a Junior Data Scientist to help transform data into insights, dashboards, models, and convincing arguments.

- Explore and analyse datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
- Turn messy data into useful information
- Create reports and dashboards that make life easier for our colleagues
- Support the development of models and the automation of processes
- Work with teams across the business to understand problems and develop solutions
- Explain and document processes and insights in an engaging and understandable way
- Stay up to date with developments in data science, AI, analytics and emerging technologies
More about the role:
- Degree in Data Science, Maths, Statistics, Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Hands on Data Analytics experience, ideally in a commercial environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of Python and/or SQL and a good working knowledge of excel and basis statistical concepts.
- Familiarity with data visualisation tools such as power BI or Tableau
- A curious mindset and willingness to learn.
Nice to have:
- Comfortable working with big data
- Experience with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn or similar libraries
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS
