This role will support data-driven decision-making by helping build data pipelines, analyzing complex datasets, developing predictive models, and providing actionable insights to improve commercial strategy and drive growth. #LI-Remote
Job Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets related to target personas and accounts, customer behavior, and marketing channels
- Develop and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms to extract meaningful insights
- Create data visualizations and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Support creation, validation, and distribution of existing reports and dashboards
- Assist in the development and maintenance of data pipelines and infrastructure
- Contribute to the design and analysis of A/B experiments to validate different approaches and calibrate model parameters
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data science projects
- Support the evaluation of necessary tools and systems for Strategic Analytics
Skills Needed:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and model development
- Experience with SQL for database querying and data extraction
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau)
- Knowledge of statistical analysis, machine learning techniques, and data mining
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Educational Requirements & Work Experience:
- Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related discipline
- 1+ years of experience in Data Science, Analytics, or related field
The salary range for this position is $70,000-$95,000, cash bonus, and stock options.
